  • Any products returned must be in a re-saleable condition & include the original packing and documentation.
  • Shicaro must be informed of any return requests within 7 days of the original order date.

Returns Procedure
Certain products are treated specially for legal, health and safety reasons, It is important to follow the procedure as told to gurantee your safty and our couriers safety as well.
Once your return is authorised an acknowledgement will be emailed to the address used on your original order. Working hours are from 8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday. Any products returned without a valid Returns Authorisation number will be refused. Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your Returns Authorisation form with your item(s), failure to do so will delay your refund. Clearly mark your Returns Authorisation Number on the outside of the package, and send to the following address:

The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Services Department. Shicaro  is not responsible for the lost or damage of the goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible. All returns must be received within 7 days of receiving a Returns Authorisation Number. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and accordingly credit may be refused.
After reception of your new part, the old one has to be returned to us WITH the ‘return slip’ which you will find in your account on our website.
Once we have received your part, you will be refunded via your initial payment method.
Parts with a deposit must be returned in the original box.
Parts with a deposit must be returned within 30 days after delivery. Once this period has expired, you are no longer able to get a refund. 
The deposit will be refunded if the returned parts are complete and undamaged.
